The rooms of B&B Huize Siemes are located on the 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find our private residence, as well as the reception and breakfast area of the B&B. When the weather permits, you can enjoy your breakfast and/or dinner on the terrace.

Our B&B has 4 spacious double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. This offers the ultimate convenience and ample privacy, while the atmospheric decor creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere where you'll feel right at home.

There is **no staffed reception**. After checking in, you reach the first floor via the stairs, where there are 4 stylish and comfortable double rooms. Climbing the stairs is unavoidable.

The rooms are the same size and come with a private bathroom, which is directly adjacent to the sleeping area. From this room you can also enjoy the view of the garden and fields. The bathrooms feature a spacious walk-in shower of 120×100 cm with an adjustable showerhead and a bathroom cabinet with sink. The toilet is separate and lockable. All rooms are equipped with basic and luxury amenities, such as:  

• A comfortable 2-person boxspring
• Roller shutters for blackout
• Bedding and towels
• Air conditioning and underfloor heating
• Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi
• Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and a hairdryer
• Illuminated mirror
• A corner with coffee and tea
• Clothing rack and small table with 2 chairs

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Check-out is until 10 a.m.

- 1 night: € 130/room

- From 3 nights: € 110/room

Children up to 3 years old can stay for free. A cot can be provided (please mention when booking). For children who no longer sleep in a cot, an additional room must be booked.
